Design & Preassembly phase
- Top Structure; The Metal Work -

Once cut, I put a metal plate on and installed
the brackets to support the horizontal beams.




All 4 are done... These sit on top of the support poles
to form the corners on the top structure.




The top is ready to be installed.




These phases show the work which had to be done for
making the metal pieces which are going to be used
on the support poles to attach them to the base of the bed.




...cutting these thick metal pieces into shape...




...hiding the non-creative, mundane part behind a smile...
