- The Support Structure -

After measuring where the poles should be, I marked...




...than cut the corners.




To have a sturdy support for the poles, I reinforced
the horizontal boards with thick metal plates. I cross-folded
them to form uni-surfaces on both sides for extra strength.




Once the boards had their platings, I installed the
pole-support part and covered the top with a thick paper,
so that none of the metal parts damage the mattress.
