12x6 cm, proudly sitting on my shelf at work... No glue anywhere...



I first put the mask on the block of wood and pressed
in the intersections than drew the outline on the wood itself.



Cutting and filing took me about 5 hours...



Ready for polishing and mounting that little leather
strip on the bottom to prevent sliding...
