1. It hurts... Ask for a Nipple Shield by Medela. 5~6 bucks only, but a great help.

2. Pillow for helping you? "My Brest Friend"... We tried several others, this is just impossible to beat.

3. Pump? Ameda Purely Yours, double pump. 140 bucks. Don't forget to read the Manual!
