- My Commodore Amiga 500 Music -

( This is back in 1988 )

Ah, those were the years... 1980's... Computer music was slowly started being accepted, thanks
going mostly to computer games. After the Atari and the C64, the Commodore AMIGA came out.
What an incredible machine, even with today's standards. Revolutionary in all senses.
Besides having the most awesome graphics and multi-tasking OS, its sound generators were unparalleled.
Read page 30 in Amiga Computing why it was so...
Sound construction via sampling became truly feasible. As early as I could, I got a sampler
from the awesome Eridani (aka. Gábor Nagy... Yes, we all had codename back then,
mine was Musator and we sampled anything, which could be massaged into music...
"Unfortunately", we were limited to only 4 channels and Half-a-Meg memory, but it was
a big step for mankind...
Yes, back in 1988 my English was not the best, so please ignore some of the weirdness... ;-)
